Re: Crystal Report takes forever to run in PRODUCTION

- Yes, I ran the report in QA during the same timeframe as in Prod and the report ran normally, it seems to be running abnormally longer in prod only.

-  Resources shouldn't be a problem for this report, only 3 reports running during this time, whereas concurrent job is set to 8.

- I'd be monitoring the database for any jobs that might be running but considering the report runs fine in QA when pointed to prod database, I doubt if that will help.

I'll try to promote the report again tomorrow and see if that helps.
