sorry, but what are you talking about? What do you mean with "individual users". I have an account name with trial at the end (p1941303534trial). I don't know why it "should" be something without a trial suffix. SAP gave me that account. This is completely unclear. In the HCP cockpit it is always shown with a trial suffix.
However, in the Iot cockpit my account or user or whatever that is, is shown without a "trial" but I cannot make any changes or settings. This account-trial-user-thing is a real disaster.
There is no such menu option "individual users". Again, this is completely unclear. This SAP HCP/IoT seems to be half-baked and not really ready for evaluation. Today I will report to the steering committee for the project about IoT platforms. So I wonder, if you have any useful recommendations for me or not.
