Firstly you should not ask many queries in one thread as per the rules of SCN.
1 It depends on the client how they want to apply OHs. OH scan be applied on FG, SFG and also on RMs..
2 Expenses related to material handling such as Transportation cost, Storage cost etc can be applied on RMs.
3 Admin cost /Mgt fees/Training exp are essentially part of OHs only since they are not directly related to Production activity.
4 Values which are directly relatable to the production are treated *** variable where as indirect values such as consumables etc can be treated as Fixed Costs. The values which you plan against activity types at KP06 are treated as varible by the system where as which are planned witout relation to activities are fixed in nature.
5 If activity unit is 'days' you can maintain.
6 WIP/Variance and settlement is a long discussion, if you search you may find lot of materials on SCN itself or else can be clarified in separate query.
