Did your system fulfill the minimum requirements as described in note 2066345?
"With NWBC 5.0 connecting with the server runtime for SAP NetWeaver user interface services (connection URL .../sap/bc/ui2/nwbc or .../ui2/nwbc) to a WebAS ABAP backend which is based at least on user interface add-on 1.0 SPS 09 for SAP NetWeaver or SAP NetWeaver 7.4 with software component SAP_UI SPS08, the transaction in the remote system is rendered using the embedded SAP GUI for Windows."
Please also update your browser to a release that's supported by NWBC. (as your screenshot describes)
