Dear Experts,
The organization I work for is trying to implement SAP Adobe Forms for the first time. The challenge I have is that the test forms we are generating are not having the Interactive feature on Computers with Adobe Acrobat Reader(The form fields are Not ready for Input - even for standard SAP programs like FP_TEST_03 ).
I have installed the reader rights credentials P12 file provided by SAP but im still experiencing the issue. I also restarted the two services - document services trust manager and PDF manipulation module - low encryption. Also, after the form is output the following message is coming - 'This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document'
Please advise, apart from the reader rights credentials file not being installed, what other factors can cause these forms to be Non Interactive. What else can I check for to properly diagnose and rectify this issue.
