BDC - includes top,o01,io1, f01 is missing..

Hi all,

I'm developing mass upload freight rates using BDC recording. Since im a newbie, im learning using google only. In my Includes, i just can see BDCRECX1 instead of top,o01,io1, f01. But i can see all those things in a sample code given by my supervisor as a reference.

Is it possible to create those top,o01,io1, f01 manually by right click at include or is there other alternative for this ?

Please help me .
