Yes, that SUPRESS_SAVE I set it as X in FORM i.e in container level. Even though I just checked by hardcoding the value in binding parameters.

In Form Scenario for Process start(Start Step), we have mapped as DEFAULT
We have 2 Scenario steps defined as DEFAULT and APPROVE.
For approval step we are passing the APPROVE as showed in my previous post.
