My requirement not to skip Budget check.
My requirement, when we any done GRN or transfer posting to project, then system reduce the budget. In same process, when we save the production order (if scrap available) then system add the scrap value in the budget.
Means, In the Budget Availability check, system check also the Scrap Value.
