Hi,
I was charged me to compare the several maintenance and support activities between SAP ECC, Business One and Business One with Hana (the All-in-one suite).
It looks like for Business One, all is done via the Remote support Platform, while in ECC, there are different components.
So far, I have found very few informations, that I tried to sum up in an excel file like below :
