If all the BC sets have been activated, Client independent, Client Dependent, and UI specific without activation errors, my suggestion is to log a case.
- We need the version of DQM for SAP (run the product version report, KBA number 1506464).
- We need the calling component. Put your cursor in an Address field and Press F2.
- Typically we need r/3 access to the SAP system as well.
- Ideally, we would want the data as it passes as well, so that you can verify that its being processed correctly by Data Services, but not updated correctly on the UI, which is what I expect. To get the data, you would enable the debug logging KBA 2293363 and recreate the behavior. this will create a set of files in a \debug directory where your RFC server is installed \log\<SID>_trans\debug, where SID is your SAP system ID. We also recommend as soon as you are done with the test, you turn the Debug logging back off as it will fill up your drive and cause other problems.
