That's perfectly alright!!
You need to tell us what is the relationship between those two tables and do you always want the matching rows from the two table?
If you are not sure let the designed detect that for you (PS screen shot below)
If you want only the matching row then no need for any Outer join a simple inner join would do else you may have to select a LOJ.
