Re: CDT to CDT call : Not able to hear anything

Hi Nikhil,

sorry for my late answer, I was travelling.

I went through other posts in this thread and I have few more questions:

* You write it happens with every CDT-2-CDT call, however, one way is OK. Is there any pattern? Like the calling party hears fine, while receiving party goes robotic? What if you switch the call direction?

* Did you try to switch headsets between those 2 stations?

*You wrote about recordings. Are those server-side recordings? Are they in stereo?

* If you switch off server side recording, does the problem persist?

* Did you try to record also locally on station, which is supposedly transmitting robotic voice? This could isolate the problem, as you would hear the voice before transmitting over the network.

* Did you try to "supervise" each party with 3rd supervisor CDT?

* Could you share picture of stereo recording waveform? Not sure what robotic means, but the graphical representation can explain a lot - either there are dropouts (missing samples) in one channel or you will see "cut" on amplitude or maybe something else...

Regards,

Dawood.
