May be because the development system doesn't have data any data.
Could you give some date range for posting date. You might try some date range for which data is existing in the system. If you are not sure about the data, then give 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2015. Lets see if any data is available in development system.
May I know why are you trying this in development system? if there is no specific reason, you could do the activity in quality system or production system itself. As you are trying to load the data for first time, you could delete the data and reload anytime again.
