For example,  see the below,  in the consolidation the AR was eliminated in the entity A and the AP was eliminated in the entity B. So for only entity A or entity B, it is not balanced, but for their scope, it is balanced. Their are many scenario like this, we need to check in the scope dimension not for only one entity.

Entity A         Entity B

AR-->B           AP-->A
