it is a mixed bag as far as I can tell (just applied note 2252016 and did a quick test run).
1. The error message for the missing IT 0171 still appears in trxn HRBENUS_ACA_PERSON but the form gets processed at the later stage.

2.) Separated EE's. In line 16 is still shows 2B even they have coverage and before update 3 it was correct as 2C.
3.) A new error got introduced for separated EE's. Now on line 14 it shows 1H for the month they separated in, instead of 1A.
4.) 2D for new hires works now in line 16 for the waiting period and when they enroll the month following the month they were hired in.
5.) With the newest PDF templates from update 3, the name in part III of 1095-C for employees with long names still cuts off.
