Thanks for your reply, but i think there is some gap.

My Question is

1. I have Done GR For 70Pcs - Material CHIP001, it will Trigger TR Automatically For GR Qty = 70pcs.
2. Convert TR - TO at this point of time system will suggest bins for Put away.

So My Question is during TR - To conversion system is suggesting bins with same material & having capacity available in it.

IF Capacity is not available in same material than system always suggest new empty bin & ignores available capacity in another bins. - With Strategy "I"

Bin Search Requirement :-

Step - 1 - Firstly, search the storage bin that contains same material.

Step -  2 - if above search failed, then search another non-empty storage bin.

Step -  3 - IF above both points fail than system should suggest empty bin.

But system is not executing "Step-2", which is creating lot of problems.

Is there any way out to above Problem in put away Strategy "I".
