What version of Crystal Reports are you using and what version of Oracle? There have been known issues if you are using an older version of Crystal with a newer version of Oracle. There are also known issues if you have older drivers with a newer version of Oracle.
Does a new report with a couple of fields from the stored procedure return the expected results?
I want to go back to the basics to determine where the problem may lay to best figure which direction to go.
