Ok..I tried something and it worked.
Before using secondsbetween function , I converted my dates as Time Stamp. In your case it is timestamp already but need to take correct output format.
I used these two field in calculating second between two time ( SCB) .
Now it worked both in Data Preview and Display Date of VP.
