We are captured his DOJ in the IT41 and not capturing his Separation date..
when running the payroll i guess system is considering upto end of the payroll period even if he separated early in the month.. Dew to this boarder cases getting different Say if employee worked 5yrs 5,months 28 days... system should round down to 5 years. Because of payroll running upto end of pay period he is crossing 5 years 6 months.
I need help to restrict this .. Waiting for the suggestions from experienced consultants like u..
