IT2006 is not updating

Dear Experts,

I'm working on positive time management, when i'm processing the time evaluation for the year 2015, IT2006 is not updating . When i checked in log under quota function ABWKONTI, QTACC,QTBASE are updating correctly but QTTRANS is not updating . Below are the attachments for your reference. This is bit urgent,Please help me on the issue.
