The issue is fixed now.

Resolution:

While accessing the data from COEP table, we hardcoded the Controlling area field for one CO area exclusively (after discussing with the user) because the system was accessing records for all controlling areas and this is where (in COEP) a lot of time was consumed.

Now, we can access the data quite faster and no more run-time,Timed-out issues.
