Unfortunately, there is no facility to mass change this assignment in the IW* transactions.
If you wish to assign to the header partner, then you may do so easily through and LSMW recording. Operations are much trickier to record via LSMW...
If you are looking for a soluton available to the end-user, you will have to make a development.
