If the version pop-up is empty then that is symptomtic of an issue that will come to be a problem for you as you look to use the system.
Which Service Pack level did you think you had installed? Check that all the files you have installed are of the same Service Pack level. You can tell the Service Pack level from the file name so that CPMSTRMGMAPC10_0-10012681.sca is Service Pack 10 and CPMSTRMGMAPC06_0-10012681.sca is Service Pack 6
If you installed using the files downloaded from the Installation section of Service Marketplace then I would suggest that you now upgrade to the Service Pack 10 files from Service Marketplace. The files available in the Installation sevtion on Service Marketplace are Service Pack 0 and have numerous issues which have been resolved as the Service Pack levels have progressed together with a number of very worthwhile enhancements that have been gradually introduced.
